Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day operation of residential homes Manage caseload of adults with developmental disabilities Supervise direct support staff and oversee the healthcare and medications system for clients Participate in annual Discovery Processes and Personal Plans Complete QIDP paperwork such as Implementation Strategies, monthly progress notes, HRC updates, and quarterly environmental reviews Carry 24-hour emergency cell phone
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in social services required QIDP Certified Required Knowledgeable about required QIDP paperwork as per DHS Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
